High-Efficiency Heating System
Equipped with a powerful, fast-acting burner (Diesel/LDO fueled), the internal heating tubes rapidly raise bitumen to the ideal pumping and application temperature (150°C to 180°C) without localized coking or thermal degradation.
Superior Thermal Insulation
The bitumen storage tank is wrapped in 50 mm thick high-density glass wool insulation. This minimizes thermal heat loss, drastically reduces fuel consumption per ton of melted bitumen, and maintains material viscosity during transport.
Integrated 6 HP Diesel Engine
The unit features an independent, heavy-duty 6 HP diesel engine. This engine drives the high-output, positive displacement bitumen pump, enabling continuous spraying, recirculation for uniform heating, and effortless transfer to other storage units.
Robust Pneumatic Towing System
Mounted on a heavy-duty structural steel chassis, the boiler is fitted with 4 rugged pneumatic wheels. This setup provides exceptional stability, low rolling resistance, and effortless towing by light commercial vehicles or tractors across uneven road construction sites.
