Essential System Components
Cold Aggregate Feeder Bins: Individual storage compartments equipped with variable-speed belts that precisely meter different aggregate sizes according to the mix design.
Slinger Conveyor: A heavy-duty transfer belt that feeds the proportioned cold aggregate directly into the drying drum.
Drying & Mixing Drum: A heavy-duty, inclined drum featuring internal flighting. The front zone dries the aggregate using intense heat, while the rear zone thoroughly coats the heated stone with liquid bitumen.
High-Efficiency Burner: A powerful heating unit mounted at the drum inlet that rapidly dries aggregate moisture down to strict industry specifications.
Insulated Bitumen Tank: Thermal-jacketed storage tanks that keep liquid asphalt at optimal working temperatures and pump precise quantities into the mixing chamber.
Dust Collection System: A pollution control unit (P.C.U) captures fine airborne particles before clean exhaust is released.
Loadout Conveyor & Discharge Hopper: A inclined conveyor system that transfers completed hot mix asphalt directly into haul trucks or temporary holding silos.
Control Cabin: We provide air-conditioned cabins equipped with split AC. The cabin also comes with computerized control panels making it easy for the operator to operate the plant.
