Our Wet Mix Macadam plants feature continuous twin-shaft pugmill mixers engineered to thoroughly blend cold aggregates, water, and optional additives without segregation:
Four-Bin Cold Aggregate Feeder: Multi-compartment feeder bins equipped with variable-speed drives continuously meter graded aggregates (crushed stone, sand, and gravel) according to exact job-mix formulas.
Vibrating Screen Unit: High-efficiency single-deck vibrating screen removes oversize stone particles prior to entering the pugmill mixer, protecting downstream components.
Precision Water Dosing System: Water spray arrangement with high-capacity pumps and digital flow meters injects exact moisture levels to achieve optimum moisture content (OMC) for maximum field compaction.
Heavy-Duty Twin-Shaft Pugmill Mixer: Abrasion-resistant Ni-Hard / Hi-Chrome arms, tips, and liners deliver intensive, uniform mixing to ensure total aggregate coating.
Hydraulic Storage Hopper: Inclined conveyor transfers blended wet mix to a fast-acting hydraulic discharge hopper, enabling quick loading into haul trucks without segregation.
